A quick word about Live365 and why I chose them as my streaming provider: Free listeners are allowed to listen for free, indefinitely. After a few sessions, all you need to do is set up a free account. Stay with me here, this is important: Live365 DOES NOT spam it's listeners, so don't be afraid to set up your account. Why do you need an account? Because Live365 depends on advertising in order to provide the services you enjoy, and your login info tells ad sellers where listeners are (not WHO they are) hearing Ads for their products. If you decide to become a member, I do ask that you use the green button to do it so that Neuron Radio receives a small commission, which is applied directly toward my webcasting fees: Neuron Radio streams at 128kbs/44khz High-Quality Stereo, utilizing the excellent (3rd-Party) SAM Broadcaster and the amazing Breakaway Audio Processor to afford our listeners the optimum listening experience. The 3rd-party player I recommend is JetAudio, which is FREE and can be downloaded here: JetAudio. Neuron Radio is also listed in iTunes, and If you have a smart phone, you can also use it to listen to Live365 stations anywhere you are by downloading one of these Mobile Applications. We're now LIVE all week except for a short period when we perform scheduled maintenance on Sundays, OR if we experience technical difficulties. PLEASE RE-START YOUR PLAYER IF THE MUSIC SUDDENLY STOPS, which can indicate a technical issue, or that we're simply switching back to our normal programming.(During these times, Free listeners WILL HEAR ADS placed in the stream by Live365. VIP listeners do not hear Ads AT ANY TIME (unless you're listening to a Pro station, which can place Ads in the stream if the owner chooses).
